Try Cloudstream System in your business risk free. If you don't love your new Cloudstream System, ship it back within 30-days of receipt of the item(s) and we'll refund your entire purchase price, including the price of the music service. To return your system, you'll first need to obtain an RMA from our support team. Returns are subject to the conditions below. Orders received before 2:00 PM Eastern Time usually ship the same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM Eastern Time may ship the same day but typically ship the next business day. Shipping charges will be automatically calculated based on current UPS shipping rates for the applicable level of service, and added to your order.
Your order will be followed up with an email confirmation and then followed by a shipping confirmation with the tracking number associated with your package when it ships.
Cloudstream accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Optima. COD orders are not accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
Our standard policy is to accept most returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items purchased via cloudstream.com may be returned for a full refund, subject to our other returns restrictions listed below.
You may return your purchase that was fulfilled by cloudstream.com within 30 days of delivery. Returns for convenience require that the customer pay for the return shipping charges. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
